🛡️ Terms of Service & Platform Policies
- Prohibited Content Policy: We strictly prohibit processing orders for adult/NSFW content, political campaigns, hate speech, extremist material, or any illegal content designed to provoke public controversy. Any orders violating this policy will be terminated immediately without a refund.
- Balance & Refund Policy: Funds added to your account balance are strictly non-refundable and non-reversible to your bank or original payment method (Credit Card/Stripe). All deposited funds remain credited to your account balance for future order placements.
- Platform Updates & Third-Party Changes: We cannot guarantee 100% stability in the event of unexpected algorithm updates enforced by social media networks (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube). However, we remain committed to fulfilling refills for eligible services as outlined in our policy.
- Account Privacy & Visibility: All targeted profiles, posts, videos, or links must be set to Public prior to placing an order. Switching an account to Private or deleting the content/video while an order is in progress will result in the order being marked as Completed, with no entitlement to a refund or refill.
- Link & Data Accuracy: Double-check all URLs, usernames, and service details prior to final submission. Once an order enters the automated system, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
- Terms Acceptance: By creating an account or submitting an order on our platform, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by all the rules and policies stated above.
